I am so excited to share the news that I’ve launched a brand new, sleek and modern mobile website! The website’s design and logo is inspired by my new silver collection and is focused on maintaining a dialogue with my clients and fans. The design of the site is a clean canvas to better showcase my designs. Navigation on the website is easy, with a six-option main menu, and a seven-option collections menu that takes you directly to on-trend, minimalist, modern pages. The spotlight is focused on the jewelry, which stands out against the clean and crisp background. It was important that the jewelry was the star of the site. The site design team also culled data from a marketing research firm which helped them to better understand the Mary Esses client and her lifestyle, aesthetics and personal preferences. The woman who wears Mary Esses Jewelry is a style-conscious, contemporary, career woman who likes a streamlined and clean presentation. Time is a real luxury for her and I wanted something simple and more importantly, mobile compatible, for the woman who is constantly on the go.
The website also strongly emphasizes social media and engages the visitor with a live-stream facebook and twitter feed, as well as a comments section on each page. The press page highlights my latest editorials and news, and my blog page allows me to communicate directly with my audience. There are easily accessible and prominent social icons on every page such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest which take you directly to my social media pages. The launch of the site coincides with the launch of my new well-received silver jewelry collection. It was during work on my new line that I began to see that my old site did not have the same vibe and feel of my latest collection and I wanted something that embodied a more modern, cool, and dynamic quality. In addition, I felt my site needed to be more interactive, because a dialogue with my customers is extremely important to me. Thank you all for your support! Please visit www.maryesses.com to see it for yourself.
